Terms and Conditions

For the Brissie pre-launch website · Last updated 16 October 2026

What this website covers

These terms and conditions apply only to the Brissie pre-launch website and the “Sign up for launch” forms on it. When the Brissie app itself opens, it will have its own terms and privacy policy covering accounts, photographs and lash previews. Nothing here covers those.

Who is responsible for your data

The controller of the personal data collected through this website is PRO LASH ACADEMY S.R.L., a company registered in Romania.

Write to brissie.app@gmail.com for anything in this document, including any of the requests described below.

What we collect, and why

When you submit the form, four things are recorded:

Nothing else. No name, no phone number, no location, no photographs. We do not build a profile, and no automated decision-making takes place.

What we will send you

One email, on the day Brissie opens. That is the whole purpose of the list. We will not send newsletters, offers or anything else to this address unless you separately ask us to. Every email we send will contain a one-click unsubscribe link.

Our legal basis, for people in the EU, EEA and UK

We rely on your consent, under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, given when you submit the form having read the notice beside it. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to brissie.app@gmail.com, and withdrawing it does not affect anything done before you withdrew it. No special category data is collected.

Where your email is stored

Sign-ups are written to a Google Sheets spreadsheet held in a Google account belonging to PRO LASH ACADEMY S.R.L. Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC act as our processor for that storage. Google may process the data outside the EEA, including in the United States, under the safeguards described in Google's own terms, which currently rest on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

Access to the spreadsheet is limited to the people who need it to run the launch. Your email address is never sold, rented, traded or shared for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

Until the launch email has been sent and for no more than six months after that, after which the entry is deleted. The purpose of the list ends once that email has been sent, and the six months is only a margin for a launch that moves or a message that bounces. If you ask us to delete your address sooner, we will do that instead.

Your rights in the EU, EEA and UK

You can ask us to:

Write to brissie.app@gmail.com and we will answer within one month. If you are not happy with the answer you can complain to your national data protection authority. In Romania that is the ANSPDCP; elsewhere in the EU it is the authority for the country you live in.

If you are in the United States

In the twelve months covered by this notice the only category of personal information collected through this website is identifiers, meaning your email address, together with limited internet activity information, meaning the page you signed up from and your user-agent string. It is collected for the single purpose described above.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not collect sensitive personal information through this website.

Depending on the state you live in, you may have the right to know what we hold, to obtain a copy, to have it corrected or deleted, and not to be treated differently for exercising any of those rights. Write to brissie.app@gmail.com. We will not ask you for anything beyond what we need to confirm the request came from you.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and to see which pages people read and how they found the site. It only runs if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, no analytics cookie is set and nothing is sent to Google Analytics. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

If you accept, Google Analytics sets two first-party cookies, _ga and _ga_ followed by a property code, which last up to two years. It records the pages you view, your device and browser, an approximate location worked out from your IP address (Google Analytics does not store the IP address itself), and the fact that you signed up for launch, without your email address. Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off. The data is kept for the retention period set in Google Analytics, at most 14 months.

Google Ireland Limited acts as our processor for this. Google may transfer the data to Google LLC in the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses. The legal basis is your consent, under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and Article 4(5) of Romanian Law 506/2004. Your choice itself is remembered in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie.

The typefaces are served from this website itself, so no font service is contacted. There is no advertising pixel.

Terms of use for this website

This website is information about a product that has not launched. The opening date shown is our current intention, not a promise, and it may move. Signing up puts you on a list to be told when we open. It does not create an account, reserve anything, or entitle you to access.

Any lash previews shown anywhere in Brissie are simulations. The finished set depends on your natural lashes, your eye shape and your stylist.

The Brissie name, the logo and everything on this website belong to the controller. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking. We may change this website, or take it down, at any time.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any protection you have under the law of the country you live in.

Complaints in Romania

For consumer matters you may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), or use the alternative dispute resolution system at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro. For data protection specifically, the supervisory authority is the ANSPDCP.

Changes

If this notice changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top, and where the change affects how we use an address already on the list, we will tell the people on it.
